Who is the service for?
UK plumbing and heating contractors who need help preparing estimate documents. It is not a plumbing installation service and not a subscription software product.
Do you publish fixed prices?
No. Each job is reviewed first, then the fee and turnaround are agreed before payment. Sending a job for assessment does not oblige you to proceed.
What do I need to send?
Send as much relevant information as you have: job description, address, drawings, photographs, specifications and deadlines. Better information helps scope the work accurately.
Can I choose which documents I receive?
Yes. Choose a Customer Quote, Contractor Breakdown, Material Take-Off, Labour-Only Quote, Full Package or a suitable pick-and-mix combination.
How are revisions handled?
Two in-scope revision rounds are included. Two more can be arranged as a separately paid addition; scope additions are quoted separately. PlumbPricer mistakes are corrected free of charge.
Can I share the final documents?
Final documents are licensed for the specific job and may be shared with your customer or merchants as appropriate. They must not be reused for unrelated jobs or resold as templates.
Will my information be used for marketing?
No. Job information is treated as confidential and will not be used in marketing without your permission.
